It's been a while since I last updated. Been busy with cases, but I hope everyone is doing well. Here's a little funny deposition video that I just dugup. Lady says she "might tell the truth..." Anyway, it's a short one but worth a watch. I'll try and scrounge up some new deposition videos soon.

An oldie but goodie. Video camera... tape recorders... masks... and total chaos... Consider yourself warned.

Oh man... This is a long one, but definitely worth a watch. What we've got is a so called "expert" in accident reconstruction who is refusing to admit that he's not that smart. Anyway, he finally admits it, but it takes 9 minutes of going back and forth :) Can anyway say DISQUALIFIED!

Marc Schaffel (film maker) is suing Jackson for $3 million, claiming he was unpaid $800,000 for his work on two television specials and $2.3 million in payments and loans over a number of years. This deposition apparently took place in London sometime between march and may 2006.**UPDATE** Due to copyrights, the depo video that coincides with the above description has been removed. But I found a better michahel jackson deposition video and have inserted it below. RIP Michael Jackson... We never believed the lies.

The federal judge presiding over Microsoft's antitrust trial shook his head and laughed during portions of Bill Gates' videotaped deposition played in court featuring the company's founder and chairman denying that his company targeted a "jihad" against the Internet browser of rival Netscape Communications.
In a rambling 1-minute segment pulled from Gates' three-day deposition, Gates engaged in a verbal duel with U.S. Justice Department attorney David Boies, all the while appearing to be auditioning against Dustin Hoffman for Barry Levinson's infamous Autistic Savant character in Rain Man. (PS- Autism is a is unique condition go here for more information. Oh and if you haven't seen Rain Man yet, add it to your Netflix queue.)

This is definitely a must see deposition video. Machiavelli himself, 2-PAC Shakur's deposition video (taped in 1995, filmed on 6/28/95) while in the Clinton Correctional Facility shows the gangsta truth rapper keeping it real even while under pressure from the vultures.
2-PAC's music was blamed for the death of a police officer. The lawsuit was brought on by the officer's family. Kinda sounds like the Marilyn Manson/Columbine saga - Anyway check it out..

Meet Donald J Williamson he's the mayor of Flint, Michigan. I'm posting this deposition primarily because he's acting like a jackass. It's testimony like this that makes deposition videos and the internet a serious player in holding people accountable for the way they act on this planet. Anyway, enjoy watching the annoying Mayor beat around the bush and 'not recall' why or for how long he went to prison. How do these guys get elected!?
This guy doesn't recall anything.

Who says lawyers don't have any fun? Watch what happens when a First Day Lawyer is thrown into a fabricated sexual harassment deposition with a tyrant lawyer on the other side. A laugh a minute . . . unless you're that First Day Lawyer . . . .

This is a sad but kind of funny deposition clip, it's funny because I'm surprised that the lawyer who's taking the depo can actually understand what the witness is saying. I'm assuming that the deponent is mentally challenged. I'm posting this deposition video clip because I'm curious to know what people think about it. Leave your comments below.

After Vegas Defense lawyer, Joe Caramagno due to defend a man against a kidnapping charge showed up to court late and smelling of booze last week, a Clark County District Court judge ordered the attorney to take a Breathalyzer test in open court, then declared a mistrial when the test confirmed her suspicions.
In a remarkable exchange captured by the courtroom's video camera, District Judge Michelle Leavitt ordered defense attorney Joseph Caramagno to submit to the test after she smelled alcohol on his breath.
The result indicated that Caramagno's blood-alcohol level was 0.075. In Nevada, it is illegal to drive with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or higher
