This is a sad but kind of funny deposition clip, it's funny because I'm surprised that the lawyer who's taking the depo can actually understand what the witness is saying. I'm assuming that the deponent is mentally challenged. I'm posting this deposition video clip because I'm curious to know what people think about it. Leave your comments below.
