It's been a while since I last updated. Been busy with cases, but I hope everyone is doing well. Here's a little funny deposition video that I just dugup. Lady says she "might tell the truth..." Anyway, it's a short one but worth a watch. I'll try and scrounge up some new deposition videos soon.

living in new orleans, and therefore knowing that witnesses from bad neighborhoods are often intimidated into silence and sometimes murdered, I'm sorry to say this is heartbreaking and completely understandable given the inability to protect such witnesses.
just sayin.
